I had a mixed experience at Collins Street Residences. The location was fantastic, right near transport and restaurants, making it easy to explore Melbourne. but I encountered several issues during my stay that detracted from the overall enjoyment. The service left something to be desired, particularly when it came to room maintenance, which impacted my family's comfort.
